Transitional Living features beautiful one- or two-bedroom apartments and provides a flexible approach when your needs fall between independent and assisted living. You enjoy the same vibrant lifestyle and amenities as independent living, with the added reassurance of personalized care support available 12 hours a day.

FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR TRANSITIONAL LIVING

Transitional Living is a unique opportunity for the step between independent living and assisted living. Residents who choose Transitional Living will pay a non-refundable deposit and a Monthly Fee to cover all services and amenities listed above, while also having access to licensed care staff for 12 hours per day. LIFE AT WILLOW BROOK RUN

Willow Brook Run is designed for active residents and features an art studio, library, billiards room, model train room, and activity lounges, where friends gather for conversation and fun. We are close to the university, entertainment, classes, golf, and shopping. There is even a free shuttle service that connects residents of our two Delaware campuses. Enjoy lakeside dining at our Water’s Edge restaurant and order off a menu that is varied and changing. Or grab a quick bite at Café 100, which offers convenient bistro services 12 hours a day.
