Village Manager – Full-time – Willow Brook at Delaware Run – Delaware, Ohio

Willow Brook Christian Communities seeks full-time Village Manager for the independent residential homes and apartments at the Willow Brook at Delaware Run campus.  This individual will maintain the independent living census, serve as a liaison between residents and staff to coordinate services, and function as the primary contact for residents’ needs.  Sales duties include coordinating, conducting, and follow-up on appointments and tours, attending sales training and applying those skills, and participating in special events to promote sales.  Management responsibilities involve completing new resident paperwork, and data entries, and answering residents’ questions, concerns, and requests.  Additional responsibilities include front desk coverage one weekend a month and, as needed, front desk coverage throughout the week.

Prior experience in marketing and sales is desired. Qualifications include excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, proficiency in computer use and programs, and outstanding organizational abilities.  Previous resident manager experience, and/or a background in real estate may also be helpful.
