Willow Brook Christian Home is now seeking an RN Charge Nurse for the renowned skilled nursing care center in north Columbus. The is a RARE opportunity for an RN to assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services, completing new resident admissions, and leading an excellent team of RN’s, LPN’s, and nursing assistants. Most importantly, the RN Charge Nurse will focus on quality service delivery to care center residents.
Hours are 2:45 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation only on every 4th weekend. This role offers the perfect opportunity to truly know the residents and provide the exemplary-level patient-centered care experience that is unmatched in other communities. Previous supervisory experience in geriatric nursing or a quality skilled nursing care center is highly desired.
