Maintenance Team Member – Full-time or Part-time – Willow Brook at Delaware Run – Delaware, Ohio

Willow Brook at Delaware Run is seeking a helpful candidate for a part-time or full-time maintenance team member position.  Beautiful, highly-rated campus with variety of senior living options.

• Basic competencies preferred
• Initially seasonal, with potential for long-term employment if individual is interested
• Must have a heart for seniors and a caring demeanor
• Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and stand majority of time
• Must hold a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job responsibilities

• Power washing
• Outdoor staining and painting
• Furnace filter change
• Errands for parts/supplies
• Assembling items (benches, furniture, etc.)
• Additional tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
