Maintenance – Full-time – Willow Brook Christian Home – Columbus, Ohio

Due to a recent retirement, Willow Brook Christian Home located in the Worthington/Columbus area is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a full-time position.  This qualified individual will perform hands-on maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary environment for our residents.  Maintenance professional will work regularly scheduled hours working Monday through Friday (8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and will be on-call every other weekend for emergencies.

Tasks of this position may include (but are not limited to) painting, performing basic plumbing, electrical, lifting and removing furniture, preparing rooms for move-in, assisting with snow removal and surface preparation, completing maintenance requests submitted by residents and staff, ensuring cleanliness of building exteriors, and assisting with any other maintenance needs.

Qualified applicants should have proven (references required) maintenance employment experience, the ability to organize and complete tasks in a neat and efficient manner, the ability to lift and move furniture and other objects, and good communication skills.  A heart for senior adults is essential.
