The Courtyard Restaurant at Willow Brook Christian Village seeks a part-time line cook to assist the chef /production cooks in afternoon/evening meal production, setting up the line prior to meal service, preparing food according to recipes and focusing on plate presentation and portion and diet instructions. Responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants. Hours are 3-4 days per week, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
