The restaurant of Willow Brook Christian Home seeks a full-time and a part-time line cook to assist the chef/production cook in meal production, setting up the line prior to meal service, preparing food according to recipes. Line cook will focus on plate presentation and portion/diet instructions. The line cook will be responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation, knife skills, and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants.
Full-time position hours are 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. some weekdays and some weekends. Competitive wages, and weekend premium of an additional $1.00 per hour are just some of the many benefits you’ll find at Willow Brook.
