The Courtyard restaurant at Willow Brook seeks a full-time line cook to assist the chef /production cook in meal production, setting up the line prior to meal service, preparing food according to recipes. Line cook will focus on plate presentation and portion and diet instructions. Hours for the position are 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The line cook will be responsible for proper storage of all items used on the line including breakdown, labeling, cleaning and maintaining kitchen sanitary conditions. Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is essential for qualified applicants.
