Due to an internal promotion, Willow Brook Christian Home is seeking a full-time board certified RN for the position of Assistant Director of Nursing for our renowned skilled nursing care center.
This individual would assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing all quality nursing services, including supervising and evaluating RN’s, LPN’s, and nursing assistants. Work hours are dayshift Monday through Friday, however applicants must be willing and able to be flexible in incorporating some weekend, evening, and on-call work time.
To be considered for this rare opportunity, applicants must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN and currently registered and in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing. Previous supervisory experience, wound care knowledge, and knowledge of nursing home regulations is highly desired.
