The Courtyard Restaurant at Willow Brook seeks a full-time experienced production cook to prepare contemporary American cuisine. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized recipes with emphasis on quality plate presentation. Applicants must have the ability to prepare and execute production lists and display professionalism/sanitation skills. High volume restaurant experience is preferred.
This is a sought-after work environment, promoting team input and individual creativity in meal preparation. No late nights. Competitive wages and outstanding benefits. Fabulous restaurant patrons will appreciate your culinary skills. Hours are during the lunch and dinner meal times are weekdays 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and every other weekend 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
