Restaurant Floor Leader – Full-time – The Water’s Edge Restaurant – Willow Brook at Delaware Run – Delaware, Ohio

The Water’s Edge Restaurant at Willow Brook at Delaware Run seeks a full-time Floor Leader.  The restaurant floor leader is responsible for assuring quality customer service and assuming the responsibilities of the Dining Room Supervisor in her or his absence.  Also will assist in mentoring and training other servers.   The floor leader will seat guests, provide beverage support, maintain dining area cleanliness and menu order, maintain dining atmosphere (lights, music, etc.), and most importantly, act as an active server showing graciousness with a heart for the residents.
