Our Breakfast chef would need experience in breakfast meal preparation and scratch made desserts creation for about 100 restaurant patrons on a daily basis. The environment is fast-paced, but with good production processes, and offers standardized recipes with an emphasis on quality plate presentation.

No late evenings or nights. Unlike typical restaurant positions, this full-time position offers sought after hours (5:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. (2 days) and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (2 days) totaling 4 set weekdays and every other weekend shift of 5 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.).
