We are so very, very proud of Susie Fleak! She is the assisted living manager at Willow Brook Christian Village. She won the “Honoring Excellence” award from the Ohio Assisted Living Association. She won the award as “Outstanding Administrator Nurse Manager.”
Janie Jordan, nurse manager at The Village, said “Susie is an incredible leader who manages by example, encourages staff, and frequently gives words of praise.”
Winners of the award are nominated by their community and selected by a committee of the Ohio Assisted Living Association board of trustees.
