Due to an upcoming retirement, Willow Brook is currently seeking a full-time scheduling coordinator to maintain efficient nursing and nurse aide staff scheduling and staff coverage for our small skilled care center (50 bed unit) at Willow Brook Christian Home in Columbus.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and past successful nurse aide experience (current STNA certification, preferred). Those applying should have a heart for service and a proven positive attitude to assist others in succeeding in their job roles. Must be customer-service oriented when engaging with both staff and residents. High level of organizational and multi-tasking skills required. Must be able to work with patience, tact, and professionalism when experiencing time constraints. Will also perform other staff training and administrative duties as directed, and must be able to serve as a nurse aide when necessary. The selected individual must consistently serve as an example of quality caregiving and positivity to unit staff. Kronos timekeeping software experience a big plus.
